eMarketing Specialist

The eMarketing Specialist position is responsible working with Marketing management and key stakeholders to develop, deploy, and manage eMarketing campaigns incorporating web, email, social media, search engine, and web advertising elements.

Responsibilities
Develops, updates, and improves web pages across all client's web properties using CMS systems, marketing automation systems, HTML/CSS, and other technologies
Develops, deploys, and manages email marketing campaigns
Develops, deploys, and manages campaign-specific microsites, and landing pages
Develop and implement email marketing strategies, including customer segmentation and nurturing
Set up lead-nurturing workflows using a marketing automation platform – Eloqua
Use social media platforms to support advanced digital marketing activities
Manages the contact list and implements data cleansing procedures to keep contact data clean and current between the marketing automation system (Eloqua) and the CRM system (Salesforce.com)
Implements paid search (PPC) campaigns, monitors them, and makes necessary improvements
Produces reports tracking the success of key performance indicates (KPIs) and implements the necessary changes to improve results

Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
2 or more years in a digital marketing role; or equivalent experience in related roles, such as web development, interactive design, graphic design, or general Marketing roles
Excellent proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat Professional
Excellent proficiency in the Microsite Office products, including Excel, Power Point, and Word
Excellent proficiency in understanding and application of HTML and CSS
Experience with a marketing automation system, such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot – Eloqua experience preferred, but not required
Experience with a CRM system, such as Salesforce.com
Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords
High proficiency in English grammar, style, and appropriate usage
Ability to coordinate multiple schedules and projects working under tight constraints and/or deadlines
