eMarketing Manager

As the e Marketing Manager you would be part of the eMarketing team which is responsible for the development of improved e-commerce and website environment, solutions architecture and tools.

This team creates and drives the vision, strategic development, deployment, and support of websites, applications and integrated marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following duties are generally
representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive.

The candidate will work with the Head of Online Marketing to create and implement our e- customer strategy for our public web site, with measurable results.

This role will focus on customer experience to build an exceptional user experience through web, mobile email and social initiatives.

Drive the evolution of website(s), landing pages, micro sites, etc. and other online touch points to drive acquisition of new clients and the deepening and retention of existing relationships.

Work with executive management to discover, design, develop and deploy e-initiatives in line with overall company goals and objectives.

Work with developers, designers and content owners on site enhancements and changes requested by business owners.

Plan, schedule and implement marketing content on relevant pages and across multiple websites.

Effectively manage internal resources or 3rd party agencies for creative output and distribution of materials.

Maintain internal working relationships with key areas of the organization including sales, product, operations, compliance, IT and other areas of marketing.

Analyze and report out on key metrics and activities related to the marketing assets on the site.

Work within IT and Business to look for, develop and implement ways to simplify existing processes.

Recommend technologies and solutions that drive business value through reduced
administration expense, increased revenue, and enhanced customer engagement.

Manage vendor relationships, including evaluating proposals, drafting creative briefs and strategies, managing deliverables and adhering to the budget.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None are required for this position.

Bachelor's degree - Masters degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years in specific interactive, e-marketing and on-line marketing technologies in agency or client side role – Financial Industry experience a plus.

Candidates will have prior experience with stakeholder engagement including presentations, goal setting, and requirements gathering.

Experience with site search optimization and analysis.


Experience managing HTML, CSS and XHTML projects preferred.

Experience with Web Analytics tools, knowledge of Google Analytics preferred.

Understanding of Web Design, Information Architecture and User Interface best practices is a must.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of the capabilities of all platforms, including: email, web pages, mobile applications, creative asset management and the constraints involved in designing for online and multimedia.

Experience reporting and communication project status in a cross-functional environment.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills in order to meet routinely with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors.

Ability to manage projects from strategy through execution.

Experience in deploying technological solutions to solve business goals and objectives.

Experience with content management systems.

Understanding of search engine optimization, search engine marketing and merchandising.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

Candidates must be self-directed and possess deep subject matter expertise.

Not intimidated by technical interaction. The successful candidate must enjoy problem solving
and be unafraid of technical solutions.

Experience working with third party vendors.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
