eMarketing Email Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and talented eMarketing Email specialist to joining their team in Wilmington, Delaware! The primary responsibility involves execution of coding HTML emails as well as complex eMarketing Microsite projects and campaigns within the Marketing Service’s Digital Asset Build Team. We are looking for someone with extensive experience with Adobe’s AEM Content Management System and must have excellent web programming and some experience with SEO and analytical reporting. In addition, the candidate will act as a consultant and address operational concerns while make recommendations to streamline existing processes/campaigns.

You will directly interact with marketing clients and back office technical support personnel addressing any issues and ensuring clear communication. You will need to validate, audit and test their output to ensure that the presentation and functionality meets with and at times exceeds the client’s request. You will also perform general research and analysis in support of eMarketing program execution and provide business analysis support for ad-hoc requests and special projects as assigned. You also direct efforts with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate end to end process improvements.

We are looking for someone who has a background in and with Enterprise Content Management Systems, Web Design and Web Aesthetic, GUI Design, HTML email Design and Development, along with a solid working knowledge of basic HTML, ActionScript, XML, XHTML and CSS.

Experience in Web Content Management tools and Email Distribution tools are highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree with up to 5 or more years of related experience
• Fully knowledgeable of processes, procedures and standards of the functional area
• 5 to 7 years of Web Design.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience in HTML, XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment against tight timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office is required and Microsoft Visio knowledge is desired.
• Candidate should be detail-oriented, technically astute, and possess strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and program management skills are desired, including a detailed understanding of how to translate customer business needs into functional documents.
• A solid understanding of credit card marketing programs is required.
• Familiarity or experience in operations, direct marketing, and data analysis in a banking or financial institution environment is a plus.
