eLearning Instructional Designer/Technical Trainer

Description
The ideal candidate will have experience managing, conducting, design, development and maintenance of computer based training (CBT) content to the company’s learning management system. As a member of the Application Security team, you will be empowering application teams to “build security in” to all applications and be responsible for initiatives that help secure applications and data.

Responsibilities include
• Administration of Application Security training program and driving adoption.
• Configure, deploy and test eLearning content in learning management system.
• Consult with stakeholders and management on training needs
• Identify training resource/course gap and collaborate with vendors to develop courses to bridge gap.
• Create strategy for driving adoption, design awareness/outreach programs and implement them.

Qualifications
• Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with executives, technical SMEs, business partners and influence decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, organizational and persuasive skills.
• Team player and ability to work on multiple, simultaneous initiatives.

• Strong experience in configuring, deploying and testing computer based training content/modules to learning management systems like Saba, a must.
• Strong experience with MS Office Suite, a must.
• Working knowledge of any relational database and ability to write and execute queries, a must.

• Confident and resourceful in face of challenges – “can-do” attitude.
• Dynamic, enterprising, assertive, energetic – “go-getter”.
• Comfortable with ambiguity as needs change on a regular basis with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or four (4) additional years of equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 4 to 6 years experience in Information Technology or related field.
• 2 to 3 years experience with training / learning management administration.
