Contract opportunity with Fortune 500 Social Media company in San Francisco!

Key Responsibilities
• Develop world-class online modules, graphics, and multimedia (animations, GIFs, video, etc.) leveraging latest technologies including video, interactive learning, HTML5 etc.
• Partner with key stakeholders in the business to tie learning solution to key business needs
• Build and establish e-learning processes and templates relating to development and delivery.
• Manage the full development life-cycle from inception to delivery of e-learning and training needs.
• Provide subject matter expertise and documentation for e-learning, multimedia, and video development processes for use across all Lines of Business.
• Create re-usable images, branding, and templates for use in online learning modules.
• Work with learning strategists to ensure eLearning consultation and online learning needs are appropriately supported
• Partner with Content Developers to create highly visual and consumable offline assets (e.g., tip sheets, one-pagers, quick reference guides, playbooks)
• Create a library of graphical assets to reuse
• Leverage internal learning and development tools (i.e. roadmaps and story pages) to showcase learning materials
• Develop prototypes/proof of learning concept to vet learning solutions pre-development

Must have:
• 4+ years of experience developing graphics for online and offline, multimedia, and eLearning
• Deep understanding of UX design principals
• Deep experience designing and developing eLearning across different sub-modalities (nano learning, mobile learning, eLearning, serious games)
• Creative ability to develop solid multimedia components and videos to integrate within eLearning modules
• Ability to develop re-usable graphics, animations, and visually engaging content
• Ability to document and create process around multimedia, graphics and eLearning lifecycle
• Ability to understand, create, and manage a process for multimedia engagement and development
• Expert understanding of adult learning theories and principles
• Start to finish analysis, learning solution design and development
• Able to build wireframes and interactive prototypes

Nice to have:
• BA in Graphic Design, Multimedia development (emphasis on Instructional Design or organizational behavior is a plus)
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia and HTML 5
• Direct management of multimedia, graphic design, or eLearning professionals or built and managed a multimedia/graphic design or eLearning production team from the ground up
• Knowledge and experience at leveraging technology solutions including HTML microsites, graphics and videos for learner centric deliverables
