Vitamin T client is seeking an eLearning Instructional Designer. Our goal is to create e-learning modules that deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer with 3-10 years of instructional design experience in an e-learning environment. The E-Learning Instructional Designer will support the development of new e-learning modules, advise team members and other internal stakeholders about the principles of high-quality instructional design, and work closely with researchers, visual designers, and other software developers.

A successful candidate will possess:
•Knowledge of key instructional design methodologies.
•Extensive experience applying theories of instructional design to e-learning projects.
•Ability to take raw research content and re-purpose it to create storyboards that support delivering an engaging learning experience to multiple audiences.
•Ability to evangelize best practices in e-learning instructional design to internal stakeholders.
•Ability to network and partner with internal stakeholders on e-learning projects.
•Ability to design and script large, complex interactive e-learning projects (including quizzes, narration, sound effects, and graphics/animations) in a creative, team-oriented environment.
•Ability to partner with graphics designers, web developers, and courseware developers to develop e-learning elements and requirements.
•Previous experience in working with a team of e-learning developers, graphic designers and flash developers to develop e-learning elements and requirements.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to discuss new ideas in the moment.
•Ability to collaborate to develop project goals, training objectives and measurements by analyzing needs and proposing multiple solutions.
•Flexibility to shift priorities quickly within a fast-paced work environment.
•Strong conceptual thinking with great attention to detail.
•Ability to function as a team player who enjoys working on multi-skilled teams.
•Solid organizational and time management skills.
•Degree in Instructional Systems Development, Instructional Technology, Adult Education, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.
