Duties Build and grow relationships with customers by understanding their business needs, providing insights on eCommerce initiatives, and leading eCommerce projects that drive profitable sales online brands. Collaborate with internal account planning, sales, consumer insights, and brand marketing teams. Serve as eCommerce expert by guiding customers and internal teams through new trendsetting/best practices. Produce, create, maintain, and syndicate rich media content for all key drivers. Grow our online business by identifying critical opportunities, giving timely feedback to customers, providing online strategy direction, and executing with speed to turn opportunities into wins.

Skills
Manage and execute online promotional executions in partnership with customer marketing, sales, NAD/GBT marketing, and our retail partners.
Lead eCommerce initiatives across all accounts and brands.
Proactively engage and educate internal teams by communicating eCommerce web analytics, insights, trends, best practices and content availability.
Act as a relationship manager with customer eCommerce teams representing sales and customer marketing.
Manage and oversee 3rd party vendors in support of web content development efforts.
Improve, maximize, and develop new relationships with etailers.
Share shopper data, eCommerce analysis, and insights with sales and customer marketing teams.
Anticipate long term eCommerce challenges and innovation by attending webinars and conferences.
Oversee delivery of rich media content and digital assets to customers and 3rd party vendors.
Propel creation and syndication of rich media content (360s, demos, asset containers) for all key drivers.
Serve an instrumental role across the organization as the eCommerce voice of sales and customer marketing.
Maintain and orchestrate creation of online full-house brand showcases.
Execute all digital asset requests from sales, customer marketing, and our retailer partners.
Drive profitability by demonstrating financial accountability in relationships with dotcom 3rd party vendors.
Collaborate with customers and provide consultative feedback on ecommerce initiatives and new innovations.

3-5 Years of Web Coordinating Exp required. Web Graphic Design knowledge a plus!
