Title: eComm Project Manager
Duration: 4 months

The role is responsible for leading the strategic and operational plan and owns the P&L reporting and analysis.
The role is the primary contact with Finance, Global Marketing, Global Product and Global Retail and owns the end to end initiatives to continue to grow the business.
The role provides analytical leadership and input into the business initiatives to ensure prioritization.
The core focus of the role is drive the business with thorough analysis using (developing, presenting and tracking) business performance reports.
The role leads the forecasting process for the business with the finance team to ensure accurate future view of the business that drives broader spend decisions with regards to Brand, merchandising, and various marketing channels.

P&L, Reporting and Analysis: - 50%.

• Provide analytical leadership and input into business cases for new initiatives.
• Develop, present, and track routine and ad hoc analytical reports, as well as prepare and distribute business performance reports,

towards the goal of improving conversion rates and average transaction size, as well as growing overall transaction count for assigned businesses
• Participation in business P&L, including report & diagnose variances; ID opportunities to improve; Forecast biz
• Site Optimization: Develop keen understanding of website experience and develop recommendations to improve customer engagement and conversion.
• Lead the development of various reports and tools to more effectively monitor state of the assigned business

Business Strategy: - 15-20%.
• Establish & maintain value proposition, brand claims & competitive landscape .
• Serve as primary internal partner for PR & Brand teams.

Customer Experience: - 15-20%.

• Understand key drivers of customer satisfaction, including drivers of customer attrition.

• Promote a culture of customer advocacy by building awareness to the successes and opportunities both qualitatively and quantitatively
• Review primary & secondary research for assigned business(es).

• Voice of the customer - Monitor OL.

• Partner with customer operations broadly, including on customer escalations.

• Maintain content for customer facing FAQ's for business.

- +5 years of experience in Project Management
- eCommerce experience
- Extensive exp in reporting, analytics, business strategy and customer loyalty.
