Responsible for understanding the company website and other digital issues and working with IT toward resolution. Will be determining issues and where to route for the company website. This person will also be responsible for managing a cross functional team. Needs to have 6-9 years of ecommerce digitally oriented experience.Responsible for facilitating cross-functional requirements gathering and development of business cases in collaboration with internal business owners, Analytics, PMO and IT counterparts to achieve eBusiness development objectives including multi-channel marketing, business intelligence and consumer engagement. Builds requirements for segmentation, analytics, reporting and metrics. Develops business cases for capital investments or proof of concept for marketing/IT programs. Contributes to enterprise initiatives through assessments, requirements development and solution recommendations. Manages and implements marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal business owners, cross-vertical eBusiness team and external vendors. Manages Product Collateral; Presentations, HTML prototypes and overviews. Consumer Campaigns; Defining targets, campaign development, and metrics. Video or Site Tour Development and implementation. Communicates eBusiness offering through cross-vertical collaboration and internal communications. Re-defines support/contributor processes and eBusiness enablement solutions;Manage inbound requests from sales, marketing, product development and other internal stakeholders. Field requests as an SME or reassign to other stakeholders.'
This position requires an advanced understanding of eBusiness technology and business processes along with the ability to take a consultative approach with internal business owners and external clients. Minimum 9 years experience in multiple industries and disciplines in healthcare / IT, financial services, marketing and consulting a plus.
Advanced project management, Marketing and Technology Experience. Working knowledge and/or aptitude to learn Content Management, Portal, Extranet and Intranet functionality.
Working knowledge and/or aptitude to learn how to direct production of interactive media, Flash development, voiceovers, videos, etc. Ability to work cross functionally with Information Technology, business and client teams.
Good communication/writing skills, analytical skills, ability to articulate objectives and drive initiatives. Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Sales Automation Tools.
Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
