eCommerce Program Manager

Essential Functions:
•Define minimum feature set required to attract initial partner and end user customers
•Define and articulate the partner and end user offering and value proposition
•Validate that partner and end user value proposition solves problems that target partners and end users are willing to work / pay to have solved
•Identify target reseller and end user customer populations
•Build a comprehensive marketing plan that delivers detailed activities that deliver program goals over three year horizon
•Work with third party development teams to refine and implement initial offer feature set
•Identify, negotiate, and manage operation partners to minimize internal infrastructure
•Work with Field Sales to define and implement CBM and IPM sales targets and
compensation scheme
•Work with creative services to develop marketing communications to drive awareness / generate demand and high quality training materials for CBMs, channel partners, and end user customers
•Develop, implement and manage support system required to onboard and support the resellers on this program
•Develop and coordinate the successful implementation of the platform support operations required for the program
•Drive growth of program by identifying barriers to growth and systematically overcoming them

Required Skills:
•Ability to demonstrate strong business/financial skills to drive an offering that meets Xerox, partner, and customer financial objectives
•Ability to demonstrate experience successfully managing large, complex projects, programs or initiatives
•Ability to Demonstrate experience successfully leading cross-functional teams
•Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
•Demonstrate ability to understand customer feedback and translate that into product/offering features that enhance the value proposition
•Demonstrate ability to work with Public Relations, Industry Relations, Marketing and Sales to communicate key messages clearly.

Education:
•Required: BS/MS degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business or related field;
MBA a plus

Experience:

•Experience driving product development teams to deliver against defined requirements.
