eCommerce Product & Program Manager

This position has no direct reports and is best suited for Product managers who are willing to get their hands dirty, startup-style, with gathering customer feedback and websitesite analytics. This role involves minimal documentation tasks (e.g. PRD, BRD). The role also involves no coding as coding is performed by an external consulting company. It requires constant and rapid innovation/execution. The ideal candidate should also be willing to take on Program Management tasks.

This role is a unique opportunity within the client's Marketplaces’ Business Incubation team. The individual will be expected to help a team that delivers on innovative new businesses that have the potential to be significant long-term opportunities. This person will be a central figure in an entrepreneurial, fast tempo environment. This Product Manager position will work on the Wholesale Deals' program - a customized B2B marketplace to connect top sellers to qualified wholesalers and inventory - currently run by the Business Incubation Group

Manages and administers product planning, design, development, documentation, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. Gathers and prioritizes product and customer requirements, defines the product vision, and works closely with multi-functional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Requirements / Qualifications:

- 3+ years management experience of consumer-facing online commerce product
- Ability to analyze site data and user feedback to translate customer needs into business, product and conversion success
- Clear understanding of ecommerce UX design principles and technology
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong bias for action
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, design, and senior leadership
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary
