eCommerce Partnership Manager

Firebrand are excited to be partnering with this leading online eCommerce business who are searching for an experienced eCommerce Partnership Manager
to provide decision support for all existing and new eCommerce businesses partnership opportunities through analysing, reviewing, recommending and building strategic
and affiliate partnerships that drive eCommerce profitability over a variety of channels.

Working with the head of eCommerce Director within a highly collaborative team environment, your main KPI's will be measured around your success to strategically target
and develop key partnerships and affiliates. This is a strategic, commercial role that requires a thorough understanding of affiliate partnerships and e-commerce along with the
ability to analyse sales performance and site trading metrics.

The role involves managing both internal relationships across all teams and external partners including retailers and networks.

Key responsibilities:
• Participate in developing long-term plans and financial models to improve profit planning and budgeting, including scenario modelling
• Provide reports and analysis as required to assist with measuring performance, forecasting and budgeting
• Meet commercial KPIs as set by the eCommerce Director
• Complete trend and comparative analysis, to shape business decisions, partnering with the
business to maximise earnings and deliver performance targets
• Assist in the evaluation of profitability and performance of proposed eCommerce initiatives
• Grow affiliate revenue through negotiating the best possible commissions and business models
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with new partners and maintaining existing relationships
• Continuously examining growth opportunities and taking responsibility for performance against targets with internal team members
• Working with available consumer data and the marketing and digital teams to deliver
• Contacting prospective partners, preparing and conducting presentations
• Introducing new networks and affiliate partners across various eCommerce assets
• To work closely with Advertising Sales teams to maximise the revenue potential from existing client relationships wherever possible
• Manage all legal and compliance related to eCommerce and affiliate agreements

Key Requirements:
• A proven track record in a similar role across eCommerce is a must have
• Ability to develop new ideas and business solutions
• Advanced data analysis and excel skills
• Experience working with online content management systems (CMS) and merchandising tools;
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit to rapidly drive business growth
• Sound business acumen, highly numerate, with excellent analytical capabilities
• Thrives in a fast paced work environment and works well under pressure to stringent deadlines;
• Well-presented and well spoken
