eCommerce Operations Coordinator

This role will support all activities associated to managing an online gaming storefront supporting marketing initiatives to drive online sales.

Manage all product information on the storefronts across North America, ensuring accurate localized copy is displayed and appropriate creative are used across all areas of real estate.

Execute the pricing strategy, including making changes to prices as per managers request, and conduct regular competitor analysis to ensure the products are competitive against other etailers and retailers.

Set up and manage process to distribute offer incentives and other ad hoc communications via email to customers

Position Responsibilities:
70& - Catalogue maintenance
- Manage content set-up across all storefronts
- Collate all assets including product descriptions and images for new products
- Coordinate localization of assets
- Populate CMS with localised assets
- Execute merchandising updates on to maximize conversion
- Set up cross / up sells for all products
- Ad hoc changes to product content such as creation of new images and promotional copy.

25% - Promotion and marketing support
- Create tagged links for all marketing campaigns and partner sites.
- Offer setup to execute planned marketing/merchandising promotions
- Ad hoc fulfilment of customer incentives such as providing customers with unlock codes and other bonus content.
- Track productivity
- Product setup (including number of touches, and categorization of reasons for touches
- Product setup/maintenance error rates
- Meeting agreed upon service level agreements (SLAs)

5% - Reporting

Position Responsibilities & Duties:
- To manage all aspects of content on all Direct to Consumer storefronts, including Store and the Download Manager in-app store, including (but not limited to) new product set-up, pricing and promotional activities.
- As an Online Commerce Operations Coordinator, you will work in a small team with the primary role of maintaining the Storefronts, manage price changes and support online marketing activity to drive sales through the Storefront.
- You will work closely with various contacts, both internally and externally, to configure products from pre-order through to release including the delivery of pre-order incentive delivery and related customer messaging.
- Strong communication across key stakeholders, internal, suppliers, and agencies to achieve goals.
- Communication with territories
- Provide a solid structural, procedural and functional online environment
- Create, set and monitor regular marketing campaigns across new release titles.
