Vitamin T is searching for an Ecommerce Manager to fill an exciting position in the Metro Detroit area. This is a long-term, contract-to-hire position.

The Role:
The eCommerce Manager is responsible for setting the eCommerce Business and Marketing strategy and is accountable for meeting annual revenue goals. This position is focused on delivering an exceptional consumer experience, driving increased transactions and achieving corporate objectives. Effectively partners with peers to align eCommerce initiatives with the corporate strategy. Collaborates and works in a cross-functional environment with Creative Experience, Digital Marketing, IT, corporate partners and physical retail store teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the General Manager to establish specific website business goals and objectives; prioritize initiatives and allocate resources appropriately.
• Responsible for developing strategies to meet the needs of the target consumer, maximize sales and profitability while supporting brand initiatives.
• Accountable for developing site priorities, goals, and marketing performance to build traffic, revenues, margins and brand engagements including monitoring user experiences, marketing/creative/merchandise protocol, customer satisfaction, and site performance metrics.
• Structures and leads eCommerce Business presentations, guiding the team through collaborative discussions and making complex decisions while being able to clearly present concepts and rationale for decisions, plans and direction.
• Identifies opportunities and develops plans to:
o Grow business
o Improve market share
o Adjust to moving business/e-commerce trends
o More effectively target customers

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing - MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of digital marketing, eCommerce, marketing, strategic planning, and/or business management work experience.
• Experience supporting an eCommerce store, including increasing revenue, reducing costs, and forecasting sales.
• Strong knowledge of web analytics, market dynamics and business analysis
• Prior experience assessing budget and staffing needs
