Description:
The eCommerce Manager will oversee the day-to-day activities helping to define the features and functionality of our customer experience. This role will help develop and execute the strategic direction for merchandising, marketing, and content of our website and online marketing programs.

Duties:
• Manage merchandising and content to achieve strategic eCommerce and financial goals
• Execute marketing programs, including email, SEM, and display advertising
• Optimize web presence for SEO
• Report on key metrics/benchmarks through analytics software to communicate site performance, to ensure marketing initiatives are successful, and to identify customer buying behavior
• Develop and implement search engine optimization strategy
• Coordinate with internal/external partners to ensure marketing initiatives achieve maximum ROI
• Manage product roadmap to ensure ecommerce channel enhancements are implemented per specifications, within budget, and on schedule
• Develop and maintain editorial calendar for content and promotions
• Maintain branding, creative, and usability guidelines to foster increased conversion and enhanced user experience

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
• 5-7 years eCommerce marketing management experience
• Proven merchandising and marketing eCommerce experience
• Experience in SEM/paid search, affiliate marketing, and online display advertising
• Minimum of 2-3 years SEO experience
• Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, and other web development tools
• Experience managing people and teams
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Experience using email deployment platforms such as Bronto
• Thorough knowledge of tracking and analytics software such as Omniture or Google Analytics, including extracting and interpreting data
• Well-versed in online best practices, trends, and technologies
