eCommerce Manager

Global gaming company, provider of innovative interactive entertainment products, is seeking an eCommerce Marketing Manager for a full-time position.

The eCommerce Marketing Manager is a hands-on position responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-brand digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing an online store and utilizing Enterprise web and mobile sites, email marketing, display advertising, and SEO/SEM to increase brand awareness, create consumer engagement, drive sales, and build brand loyalty.

Bachelor’s Degree from four-year accredited college or 5 years related experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and education.

Prefer a minimum of 5 years direct-to-consumer online marketing, ideally with experience across a variety of online channels, including organic/ paid search, email, social media, viral and CPM/ CPC/ CPA performance-based marketing.
Must have a broad knowledge of the ecommerce and marketing field.
Must have direct experience with campaign management, program deployment, and campaign metrics tracking.
Must have experience with a wide variety of analytics tools, funnel analytics and trial conversions.
Must have thorough knowledge and understanding of both acquisition and retention marketing
Must have a demonstrated ability to think strategically utilizing analytical and business skills.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and the ability to lead and influence at all levels across the organization.
Prior experience managing a P& L statement is a plus.


Intermediate to advanced-level experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Practical understanding and use of HTML, CMS and template-based email systems.
Google Analytics and/or Google Adwords certification is a plus.
Prior experience in shopping cart technology, content management, and managing multiple sites, a plus.
