eCommerce Manager

Our client is a global fashion retailer with an amazing culture, focused on building their business, employee skills and nurturing career paths. As the eCommerce Manager you will play an essential part in the brand positioning, enhancing the company's online presence and their digital foot print. The role is effectively responsible for devising and implementing initiatives and activities to improve user experience, engagement and the site conversion to ensure the achievement of the commercial goals.

As the eCommerce expert you will apply your knowledge of various eCommerce and marketing platforms including SEO, SEM, online merchandising, Social Media, Email Marketing and CRM. You must be inquisitive, enjoy utilising analytical tools to draw insights, optimise and enhance imprint, traffic and conversion rates.

Core responsibilities:

Working alongside the Brand Manager you will devise and implement the brand's multi channel eCommerce strategy and road map for AU and NZ
Optimise engagement and conversion rates across the digital platforms
Be creative, brainstorm, collaborate with internal stakeholders to create initiatives to drive brand awareness
Manage content merchandising, sorting rules and A/B testing
Lead and execute SEO, SEM, UX, online promotions, analytics, reports, online merchandising and CRM management
Be responsible for operational execution of order fulfilment, front end content management and back-end infrastructure
Digital management of all online advertising including SEM, adwords and facebook ads
Maximise digital data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

What you need to bring to the table to be successful:

Personality!! Energy and passion for driving an eCommerce platform
Several years experience within digital (eCommerce) ideally retail environment - fashion preferable
Proficiency with data analytics and data analytics tools
Proven UX, SEO, SEM, CRM, and EDM experience
Ideally -technical skills including HTML, Content Management Systems, coding EDM's
Google Analytics proficient essential
Knowledge of how social media and online functions holistically build brand reputation and engagement / conversions

A proactive individual who is able to adapt, enjoy the fast pace environment within fashion retail and be a an influential internal stakeholder is what is required for this pivotal opportunity.
