eCommerce Manager - Fashion Brand

Firebrand is once again pleased to be partnering with this iconic Australian fashion brand as it’s set to take the cats-walks and runways by storm in 2014!

Newly created and reporting to the GM of Online, the position of eCommerce Manager will see you develop and deliver the online strategy across all relevant digital channels. With its focus very much on new customer acquisition in the first instance you’ll be charged with implementing the necessary acquisition channel strategies, working with product, content, marketing and planning teams together with Agency partners on campaigns and initiatives that will encourage new customer sign-up and product purchase. You’ll have full ownership of this brands website; managing content and working on new and attractive online marketing campaigns to encourage repeat purchase.

Supported by a digital marketing coordinator that you’ll be managing, you’ll drive forward this brands presence online, forging new channels and ways in which to attract new prospects. You’ll also be in a position to shape and change the direction of the site and its strategy as the year unfolds; putting together the necessary business cases and pitching to stakeholders, presenting insight from site traffic and data interpretation through to creating and managing project plans should you advise that any redevelopment or refresh to the site is in order.

So you’ll have the opportunity to become involved in every aspect of the eCommerce marketing mix – acquisition, CRM and retention, customer service, testing, development, strategy, implementation, management and mentoring of a direct report while all the time championing the brand.

To put yourself in contention for the role, applicants are requested to have at least 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience from within the FMCG / fashion space working on transactional website where your success can be highlighted across both acquisition and retention strategies. Testing, targeting, retargeting and successfully applying insight gained from site and customer data would have shaped your strategies in the past, in fact its this appreciation for the numbers that has lead you to be the success that you already are today.
