eCommerce Creative Project coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the creative project manager by helping to move jobs through the fast-paced ecommerce creative process from inception through completion. The role will provide assistance in delivering and ensuring on-time project deliverable according to timelines, budget and quality standards, while following established process plans. Success in this role will come to an individual with the ability to quickly turn around fast, concise, and clear feedback to creative teams, while also adeptly shifting simultaneous priorities based on business needs.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring workflow through Site Management, Marketing, Creative and Development Services. Under the guidance of the project manger, the project coordinator is expected to successfully manage project schedules through daily communication with channels and departments as well as a continual flow of strategic and executional considerations. Examples of projects include weekly home page designs, email campaigns, OLA campaigns and on-site marketing content spots, among others.

Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to find solutions to conflicts while working in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, efficient and take price in making sure projects are moving forward to a successful conclusion.


  • Must be able to think strategically, have solid judgment and be able to identify potential scheduling conflicts, raising issues in a timely fashion
  • Must have effective interaction with creative team, site management and marketing, communicating expectations and sharing needed information
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on-tie and accurately
  • Effectively communicate project strategies and statuses within project teams and Senior ecommerce Management
  • Must schedule and help lead meetings, ensuring proper timelines are met in order to mitigate potential risk
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail and perform comprehensive quality assurance on all designs output by the ecommerce creative team, including final layouts and coded files.
