eCommerce / Digital Marketing Manager

This diverse opportunity requires a Digital Marketing Manager that brings a genuine passion for the latest Beauty Products to lead their team to great new heights.

Key Elements:
• You will have ownership of developing an integrated digital marketing calendar including enhancing and increasing eCommerce channel, campaigns, product launches and key events
• Leading the digital strategy you will ensure effective delivery of campaigns, social media engagement and driving traffic acquisition and conversion rates
• Manage and mentor a creative digital & design team
• Responsible for day-to-day management of the e-commerce processes and deliverables
• Brief and manage external agencies Provide analysis and performance reports generating insights across e-commerce & digital marketing activities
• Develop compelling SEO content across digital channels ensuring the voice and tone is on brand
• With strong stakeholder engagement influencing skills, you will engage with multiple internal & external stakeholders to ensure the integrated marketing campaigns are aligned with the business and brand goals

Key Requirements:

Your attitude and passion for Beauty products will set you apart in your success for this role along with:

• Ability to demonstrate solid experience enhancing and developing an eCommerce site, alongside driving an integrated digital marketing strategy.
• Ideally a minimum of 5 years experience within a digital marketing / e-commerce creative role
• Solid understanding of commerce platforms, SEO know-how, optimising digital content across channels
• Strong background in customer acquisition, conversion and retention strategies Proven ability to build a social community across FB, Instagram & Twitter
• Natural ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies
• Experience of motivating and leading a digital & design team
• Good knowledge of eCommerce technology, Adobe Suite and Google Analytics, Google Adwords Knowledge of CRM & CMS software, basic HTML & Mailchimp
