eComm Digital Marketing Manager

Looking for a Online/Digital Marketing Manager who has experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, ideally in the eComm industry. This is a full-time role that will sit onsite in their HQ in Irvine. This is an opportunity to be apart of a well-known yet growing brand and be able to create, implement, and analyze digital marketing initiatives and captivating advertising campaigns. Must-Have Experience:

  1. 3+ Years of Direct to consumer online marketing experience

  2. Knowledge and understanding of site merchandising in the eCommerce space

  3. Experience developing, deploying and evaluation email campaigns

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, sales teams to execute seasonal campaigns

  • Understand what levels to pull from a financial standpoint - manage annual eComm and marketing budgets

  • Create and deploy direct-to-consumer online marketing tactics (email blasts & web banners)

  • Set and analyze KPIs for website performance, brand performance, and customer growth

  • Working with marketing, design and merchandising daily to make sure online content coincides with annual and seasonal campaigns

  • Maintain online content calendar to ensure messaging easily accessible and consistent across all channels

  • Utilize Analytics tools (Google Analytics)  to understand how to profitably grow the brand - look at relationship between product views and conversions

  • Understand in real time what is happening on site and how consumers are behavior in terms of searches, product views, adding items to carts, buying, etc.

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to grow online audience and increase web traffic

  • Research and implement new technologies that provide best online consumer experience

Other Skills Required:

  • eCommerce or Lifestyle marketing experience

  • Strong web analytics knowledge - Drive analysis, reporting and decision making

  • Experience creating, executing, and evaluating online marketing campaigns including email, advertising, social media as well as direct mail catalogs

Nice-to-have skills:

  • SEO/SEM knowledge

  • Online asset management

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, adobe suite
