Our large Seattle client is searching for a bright and ambitious individual to join their team! You will be responsible for integrating and launching successful sellers on their third party marketplace, a B2B business where other retailers sell their products on their websites.

Launch Specialists act as the primary interface between the client and their newest business partners. In this position, applicants will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to recently registered Merchants for the sales platform. Candidates will be comfortable both in a self-sufficient role, as well as one of team support and interaction. Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of working with projects to their completion in a fast-paced environment

The objective of the Launch Specialist is to deliver new business growth and maximize revenue generation across a suite of products for merchants. You will launch high potential merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing, and availability. You will help them integrate by working with them to ensure they master the catalogue, pricing and other tools, while meeting the bar for product data quality.

Successful candidates will be able to communicate with a wide variety of audiences from multiple countries.

Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment, you will be required to work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives. This role provides a real opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate

Basic Qualifications
• 3+ years experience in account management, client services, project management or consulting.
• 3+ years experience with e-commerce data analysis, either in professional experience or education.
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, emphasis on advanced Excel proficiency)

Preferred Qualifications
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with wide range of people at all decision-making levels.
• Experience in outbound sales would be an advantage but is not essential.
• Experience with e-commerce or retail would be an advantage.
• Leadership ability and experience, especially in sales or account management.
