eBusiness Analyst

- The eBusiness analyst understands web traffic influences.

· Develop effectiveness and performance dashboards on web engagement including navigation, visitor behavior, pathing, and related data. Provide data driven improvement recommendations.
· Develop analysis of web and mobile data and collaborate with key business partners to provide recommendations for actions appropriately aligned with priorities of divisional and functional stakeholders
· Develop recommendations based on the data and analysis and clearly communicate “call to action” to multiple levels of the organization
· Develop and consolidate weekly, monthly and senior management dashboards reporting holistic website performance, behavior and engagement.
· Lead creation and completion of multivariate and A/B testing (developing hypothesis, identifying supporting metrics and measures for outcomes)
· Document and report out observations from post-test analysis.
· Develop web analytics capability assessment framework.
· Enable reporting and analytics on the holistic digital marketing influencers (emarketing, SEO & SEM, Content, Social)
· Address high priority ad-hoc inquiries and insights request through structured deep-dive analysis and supporting documentation in a timely fashion.
· Identify, develop and document best practices in capturing web metrics and their appropriate use in decision-making.
· Collaborate with divisional marketing teams to assess the digital analytics capabilities, identify gaps and fill them with structured training.
· Develop web analytics training materials and conduct training for cross-divisional marketing teams as needed.
· Develop documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion/presentations for improving those processes.
· Streamline web analytics processes working closely with the technology team by identifying gaps in the data capture and tagging strategy and implement enhancements collaboratively.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
· Candidate must have a deep understanding of web reporting and analytics in the analysis of web traffic, engagement and conversions and a demonstrated capability to apply them to a broad range of business problems.
· Ability to correlate web metrics and report on behavior and make data driven recommendations on improvement opportunities
· Experience in Web analytics for ecommerce sites and for lead generation web sites.
· A strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to use it when troubleshooting web performance and the business, explaining causes, anomalies, trend and impact.
· Strong understanding of developing multivariate testing and reporting on customer digital responsiveness.
· Position requires deep working knowledge of web analytics tools, primarily Adobe Analytics (Omniture).
· Knowledge in Google Analytics and other mobile App Market analysis is a plus.
· Experience with digital Channel reporting tools sets (Conductor, Google Trends,) is a plus.
· Proficiency in standard metrics within Omniture, including but not limited to pathing, landing pages, page views, traffic, revenue, conversion, engagement (time spent, bounce rates).
· Experience developing reports and dashboards on mobile app utilization by combining data from app stores, various web analytics tools is a plus.
· Working with multiple sources of data and consolidation tools is a plus.
· Experience in solving analytics problems and effectively communicating results
· Demonstrated ability to multitask and work multiple projects concurrently
· Great at collaborating with inter-disciplinary team: eBusiness, technology, marketing, commercial and other business executives.
· A crisp and passionate communicator who is able to communicate complex analytical insights and recommendations to business audiences and senior executives.
