This position will support the digital marketing and ebusiness team with responsibilities in establishing an email marketing strategy, marketing automation technology deployment and strategy. The position will also include projects with web analytics, SEO and content management system publishing. The candidate will be responsible for establishing a strategy from the ground up to implement opt-in and opt-out programs, manage lists, manage automation, deploy and analyze results. Also, the postiion will help drive a strategy for nurturing programs and establishing cross-channel analysis. On the website management track, the postion may provide content publishing support for the corporate website.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Creating, testing and deploying our clients' e-mail marketing campaigns using our web-based applications.
Consult with clients on email strategy and nurturing strategies to meet their objectives
Development and vendor selection for marketing automation technology
Manage automated marketing functionality-deploying email, managing landing pages and web forms including testing to ensure data posts to the right location.
Provide email design direction to in-house staff of graphic designers
HTML development of email templates from design wireframes
Email marketing analysis and benchmarking
Development of list management strategy and opt-in practice
Help clients interpret results of marketing campaigns
Web analytics using webtrends and salesforce.com
Manage process documentation and ensure everyone is trainted on up to date processes

5+ years experience in online marketing
Experience managing email marketing and demand generation programs
Marketing automation, lead nurturing experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Act-on)
Experience with Metric analysis using systems such as Google Analytics and Webtrend
Experience with content management systems a plus
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and persuasion skills
