Digital Marketing Executive - Not for Profit

Exciting opportunity to join this leading Not for Profit who are currently searching for a Digital Marketing Executive. This is a newly created
role where you will be leading everything from strategy through to execution and reporting, reporting directly to the Head of Communications. You will own
key digital elements including Social Media, Website Management, Email and Analytics and Reporting.

willing roll up their sleeves and do their part to continue to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

// Social Media and Content //
• Develop and manage Content calendars across Website and Social Channels
• Manage Social Media strategy and community engagement across Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube
• Create procedures and protocols across social and content channels
• Ensure all messaging reflects the brand in the most appropriate way
• Build and manage ongoing blogger and online influencer relationships
• Contribute to writing content and assist team with formulating content pieces

// Website //
• Manage the functionality and enhancements of multiple websites, including UX and design
• Act as key liaison between digital and creative agencies
• Work with senior management to recommend key upgrades to stay relevant
• Manage Google Adwords to drive traffic

// Email and Campaign Management //
• Manage all eDM communications through existing email system (currently Campaign Monitor)
• Work with team to set key marketing segmentation of database
• Partner with communications and traditional marketing channels to align digital centric campaigns
• Manage end-to-end campaigns across all key digital channels
• Own transition to new Marketing Automation system in the near future

// Analytics and Reporting //
• Introduce and manage analytics and reporting infrastructure
• Deliver key reports to senior management
• Recommend changes to campaign strategies after reviewing key metrics

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years+ Digital Marketing experience, or campaign management agency side
• Strong experience across Social Media, Email, Web through to Analytics and Reporting
• Experience across all key social media channels Facebook, Instagram Twitter, Linkedin and Youtube
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation software such as Hubspot, Eloqua and Marketo is advantageous
• Ability to work in a rapidly challenging fast paced environment is essential
• Strong project management experience with the ability to multitask
