Duration: 6 months freelance
Rate: Up to £16.50 per hour (equivalent annual salary approx £30k)
We are looking for a talented Junior-Midweight Digital Marketing Designer to join our client, located in Central London.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join an iconic global brand, it is offered as a full-time, on-site 6 month freelance assignment, paying up to £16.50 per hour (equivalent annual salary approx £30k).

This role maybe suitable for a talented Junior-Midweight candidate with some design studio studio experience – ideally within a digital and / or advertising environment.

A keen eye for design, beauty, brand and message is the most important skill for this team. This contract role will give you the opportunity to design cutting edge marketing creative and production images. You’ll work closely with marketing, copywriters, sales and product design to deliver great work in an agile environment. You are expected to leverage your work experience to contribute ideas toward the overall growth of digital marketing strategies.

Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities allows you to produce work in an environment with quick turnarounds and tight deadlines. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide high-quality design services. You anticipate how decisions are made, think ahead and constantly suggest new ideas, improvements to concepts and processes.

BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent practical experience.

- Photoshop, Illustrator, other Graphics packages.
- Strong typographic skills and a clean visual design sense
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume, multi-tasking work environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working with or for an agency (advertising focus would be great).

- Design and develop marketing communication for category focused campaigns.
- Produce high-quality production images based on existing graphic templates.
- Liaise with and produce assets and creatives for design agencies.
- Synthesize creative best practices based on campaign performance data.
- Develop ideas for future marketing campaigns and have input in product visual design direction.
