Digital Marketer W/Email Campaign Experience

Our client is looking for a Digital Marketer W/Email Campaign experience.  This is an on-site 4+months assignment with benefits - Medical Dental & 401K. 

The Digital Campaign Manager will liaise across multiple teams to:

Execute email campaigns from campaign strategy and requirements through deployment - scheduled campaigns, automated triggers and automated multi-touch campaigns

Collaborate with technology teams to on-board new email programs and content to the email platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), acting as the “voice of the business”

Support cross-organizational projects as a subject matter expert for email channel, including but not limited to: template specifications, technical design, channel best practice, executional process and principles, data feed analysis, and platform capabilities

· Work with cross-functional project teams to assess campaign strategy and requirements, manage scope, develop project timelines, manage progress to schedule, and identify/mitigate risk

· Gather input from project teams to: identify key requirements, assumptions and dependencies – including ongoing expectations for content management, revisions, and testing – and use to inform and shape solutions

· Understand campaign set up and configuration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, data source feed formats, and platform capabilities and each area’s impact on campaign design and deployment

· Partner with data providers to vet data requirements against content strategy

· Work with Creative and Account teams to ensure creative aligns to channel best practice, template guidelines, and data / versioning strategy

· Work with Email Operations team to deliver campaigns according to campaign requirements, resolve campaign issues, and provide quality assurance

· Work closely with Web Development to ensure email content delivers to spec

· Provide channel metric reporting as needed

· Strong project management, time management, and organization skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage and (re)prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and foresee/mitigate potential risks

· Process and detail-oriented thinker who provides clear direction and maintains clear communication with others about the work and results

· Adept at building relationships across a highly matrixed environment, collaborating on cross-functional teams, and influencing direction where there isn’t explicit authority

· Able to lead by demonstrating and establishing clarity, effectively communicating, and reinforcing the value of collaboration in enhancing team’s performance.

· Ability to think strategically while implementing tactically

· Excellent analytical, creative, and oral/written communication/presentation skills

· Strong judgment and problem solving

· Demonstrated ability to self-learn and self-direct
