Digital Analyst

We are seeking a traditional Web Analyst for a 6 month project on a global .com site. Talent MUST be currently eligible to work in the United States. This contract position will work with UX and Business Engagement Leaders to collaborate and create strategy and standards for analytics data collection, capture, and analyzation that spans multiple businesses and branches of business.

H/she will Understand tag creation, rules and dynamic elements using a tag management system (preferably Adobe DTM) to implement analytics across a large organization. Candidate will also collaborate with external partners to assist with data collection and reporting, and lead efforts to derive core insights from digital/web analytics data to suggest, create, analyze, and execute multivariate or a/b tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience.


 Must have 5+ years of digital analytics experience (preferably with Adobe

Analytics and Google Analytics), email tracking, and channel specific analytics

(i.e. Facebook Insights, Adwords, Affiliate tracking)

 Strong teamwork and communication skills, with ability to lead workshops,

facilitate written and verbal discussions, and drive towards solutions

 Ability to mentor and train others with tools, methods, and technologies as


 Working knowledge of user centered design methodologies and the role of A/B &

multivariate testing in the UX design process Ability to work within a fast-paced,

collaborative environment, and effectively manage and lead multiple projects in

an agile environment

 Mid-level expertise with SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay Per Click),

and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and a minimum of one year

experience measuring success of SEM, PPC, and SEO campaigns
