Business Process Analyst - Read this one!!

Our client company, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, would like to add a Business Process Analyst to their team. This is an on-going assignment. You would be a W2, hourly employee of Aquent during this time. We do have health and dental benefits from which you may choose.

Here is what you will do:
• Represents and provides effective written and verbal communication regarding the quality processes (Process Maturity Assessment, Quality Check, & Continuous Improvement).
• Supports the quality processes, including answering questions, consultation, providing training, and addressing process issues.
• Understands IS strategies and determines necessary actions to support the strategy.
• Monitors the process execution results and determines process improvement opportunities.
• Evaluates improvement opportunities to increase the usability, maturity and effectiveness of the quality processes.
• Partners with other IS areas to increase quality adherence and execution.
• Has background and practical experience with Quality Management Systems.

Additional Information:
• Accountable for maturing a particular technical or business process.
• Defines, develops and maintains all aspects of the process.
• Identifies and recommends process improvements with associated defined measurements and savings.
• Utilizes process modeling and work flow analysis to define current and desired states of the process.
• Identifies and coordinates process changes and promotes the successful adoption of those changes.
• Educates others on the process.

Here is what you need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in MIS, Business or related field; or related work experience beyond the minimum required.
• 5 or more years of experience/knowledge of business operations/processes to include analysis, design, documentation, using industry best practices and standards.
• At least 5 years quality process experience.
• Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing large or complex concurrent assignments.
• Proven ability to identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders representing a broad range of functions and levels.
• Proven ability to negotiate skillfully in difficult situations with both internal and external groups to include settling differences.
• Excellent communication skills focused on facilitation of meetings; ability to deliver informative, well-organized documentation and presentations and ability to effectively communicate in difficult and sensitive situations.
• Service Management experience.
• Knowledge of Intel based hardware.
