As a Content Writer, you have a passion and enthusiasm for writing, content design, and bringing a user-focused perspective to content creation. You will create on-brand content creation for a variety topics - from products to soft skills - while balancing the needs of learning strategists and product marketers. You will focus on our customer’s needs and improve content to increase comprehension and adoption. You will establish the brand through high quality content design and writing across assorted modalities.

This role calls for hands-on get-it-done execution chops with the ability to think and act strategically in a fast-paced and complex organization.


Write and edit a broad variety of content in many modalities, including UI text, ebooks, videos, cheat sheets
Transform complex ideas into clear, easy to consume copy that motivates, educates & engages
Guide the content creation process, providing a clear, objective point of view and collaborating with sales, learning teams, designers, and product marketers to create relevant content
Embrace brand standards and established style guide
Create content and messaging for different audiences and products
Review externally developed materials to help others be on-brand
Share ideas and strategies for social, self paced and informal learning
Advocate content strategy with key stakeholders

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization
Experience in fast paced environment, such as media or high tech
Requires conceptual, creative thinking to turn complex concepts into easy-to-understand, visually appealing content
Maintains high standards to deliver on brand content
Enjoys choosing insightful words that appeal to the audience
Open minded about the future of content, not focused on traditional learning
Blends both creative and analytical skills to design content and solve issues
Minimum 3 years of professional content creation and/or writing experience
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Education, Marketing, or related communication or learning field
Relevant experience within sales or marketing organization

Ability to deliver results in global, matrixed environments comprised of internal and external stakeholders
Ability to attract brilliant idea generators
Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes
