Our client are a global company specialising in online gaming, they are the parent company of some of the most popular online games around the world and host a number of games across web and mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
Our client are looking for a Workflow Assistant, with some experience within a creative studio, to work closely with the Traffic Manager and Head of Creative Services to correctly allocate and manage workflow throughout the studio. You will be assigning work to Designers, Artworkers and potentially Developers, ensuring that workload is correctly managed and studio members are working on the right projects. The chosen candidate will be the entry point for all incoming briefs into the studio, effectively managing the inbox in accordance with group guidelines.
The chosen candidate will maintain all work input within traffic management software, scheduling new design requests using workflow tools and trafficking software. Communicating with designers and other studio members on a day-to-day basis to process new design requirements.
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in a Design Studio/Creative environment
- Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Software
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Knowledge of DeltekSohnar Traffic System or similar is desirable
