Aquent is seeking a Windows Administrator to be part of a larger team for a Fortune 500 company. This is a long-term opportunity on-site at our client in Moline, IL.

What You'll Do

• Identifies, analyzes, selects and applies appropriate new information technology infrastructure components within a diverse environment as required to support strategic business
plans and processes.
• Implements and integrates new information technology infrastructure using approved Information Technology (IT) processes.
• Serves as a technical resource for multi-functional project teams.
• Actively shares knowledge.
• Performs root cause analysis which includes detailed analysis to assist in the effective implementation and integration of Information Technology (IT) infrastructure in support and
alignment of business processes.
• Works on systems/projects with relatively large number or interrelated processes.
• Manages elements of the current infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance in an integrated environment.
• Makes complex changes to existing processes, with minimal supervision.
• Responsible for coordinating and communicating changes to multiple functional, business, and suppliers.
• Requires broad contacts with multiple functional and business partners on tactical issues and limited contact for planning issues.
• Expanded contact with suppliers on the management and monitoring of the Service Level Agreements for infrastructure services.
• Participates fully as an effective team member and is capable of performing any role on the team including team leader as required.
• Assumes some responsibility for own teaming ability as well as strengthening the ability of others.
• Participates on projects as a team member or facilitates/leads group meetings or teams in applying technology to meet specific business needs, works on more difficult tasks, provides
work direction and is a backup for other project leaders.
• Establishes and implements project measurement techniques.

What You’ll Need:

• 2-5 years of Windows Server 2008-2012
• 2-5 Years of Scripting in VB Scripting or PowerShell
• 2-5 Years general Windows Server Administration
• 2-5 Years and knowledge of Microsoft SCCM suite of software
