Website Marketing Manager

Seeking an experienced Website/Digital Marketing Manager who is interested in being a part of a high caliber, growing digital team in downtown Chicago!  

• Lead the management of the web and ecommerce platforms to build engagement with prospects, students and alumni to deliver against business objectives

• Liaisons with freelance and agency resources that support application and development work for the website

• Works collaboratively with marketing and other cross-functional partners, ensuring digital strategies are fully integrated

• Supports the eCommerce business platform including consulting on business and technical requirements as well as managing digital branding and user interface

• Leads management of web enhancements and requests, making process improvements as needed

• Builds short-term and longer-term web & UX strategy, develops and executes short and long-term web and mobile

• Responsible for managing SEO on the website properties, including technical and tactical SEO implementations that align with the overall strategy to drive traffic goals and performance

• Operates as a mobile subject matter expert within the Digital Center of Excellence and the broader organization; coaches and mentors colleagues in area of expertise

• Manages the digital creative process working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (marketing, business, channel leads, partners) and both internal/external resources from requirements definition to final production • Manages the development and reporting of digital metrics, setting standards, utilizing ongoing dashboards to measure progress and maximize ROI

• Creates efficient processes and demonstrates effective project management to drive execution of initiatives

• Ensures all digital work is consistent with the established brand guidelines

• Ensures best practices are followed in all areas of digital marketing


• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Online Marketing or equivalent; MBA a plus

• Minimum 5 years digital marketing & website management including ecommerce environment

• Strong digital analytics (Omniture, Webtrends, Coremetrics, Google) and metric skills required

• Excellent project management skills required • Strong communication and presentation skills required

• Strong teaming an collaboration skills required​
