We are looking for a Senior Web Managing Editor to help drive as well as execute integrated Web site, search engine marketing and social media strategy and tactics for our Construction and Real Estate products. We are looking for an innovative, creative and technically strong web and social media marketing professional who has proven results in maximizing brand preference, the customer experience and lead generation. This key role requires knowledge of online best practices, visitor behavior and performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
• Recommends and executes strategy and tactics for generating awareness and sales leads through product Web sites, search engine marketing, and social media.
• Coordinates with stakeholders and online marketing agency to help manage organic and paid search efforts that will increase visitors to our Construction and Real Estate Web sites.
• Works closely with selected agencies and other departments to post, monitor and respond to tweets, blogs and comments online about our products/services.
• Develops project proposals including cost estimates, and manages Web, search and social media projects across cross-functional teams.
• Gathers, writes, edits and/or coordinates material to ensure updated and relevent content for our Construction and Real Estate Web and social sites.
• Works with IS Web Development to define functional specifications and ensure corporate standards are met while considering business unit needs and objectives.
• Reports Web, search and social media results to stakeholders through quarterly review presentations and continually updates stakeholders on online trends, issues and key findings.
• Conducts testing (including coordinating various groups to perform validation testing) to ensure site functionality meets Web site standards.
• Organizes material, plans overall and individual Web page layouts and works to create effective access and readability through navigation and graphical interfaces.
• Analyzes site design and content to recommend and implement improvements related to graphic design, layout, navigation and copy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field from four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and business stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Superior writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with Web communications, Web architecture and navigation, Web design and Web content strategies.
