THIS IS A TEMP POSITION: OCTOBER-JANUARY

Position Summary:

The Content Marketing Leader, working globally, will be responsible for enterprise-level content

management, creation and rollout. This position works closely with marketing managers and

cross-divisional project teams to create and execute effective marketing communications content

and programs. The focus for the roll will be on digital channels to include online, mobile and

email initiatives. This role is critical for ensuring appropriate customer focused content is

available for the Core website project and to drive long-term, on-going efforts for positioning the

brand and company across key industries / markets. The Content Marketing Leader will need to

have strong communication skills for interactions with Vice Presidents from multiple businesses

across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-divisional and vertical marketing teams to develop content strategy for

assigned industries–based on targeted markets, persona and brand

• Develop commercial understanding of assigned industries

• Manage the creation, curation and posting of content on the website and across other

digital channels, including both internally and externally created articles, videos and

materials Plan and manage an editorial calendar for digital content related to assigned

community to enable consistent collaboration with subject matter experts and content

contributors

• Collaborate with a network of internal content creators to publish content

• Write and edit application, workflow, and technology content for digital channels

• Ensure that content is presented in a way that optimizes the customer experience

• Manage a content review process that ensures all content is on-brand, error-free,

consistent in style and optimized for both search and user experience for digital channels

including online, social media, and email

• Establish processes and workflow built around content for use in achieving business

objectives and engaging existing or potential customers

• Continuously monitor analytics to recommend / improve content-driven initiatives

• Assist in the development and execution marketing campaigns to drive sales and

marketing efforts and support thought leadership activities. Work with subject matter

experts to create relevant content and campaigns to support efforts.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, technical writing or related field

• A minimum of 5 of marketing experience

• Experience writing, editing and publishing for electronic (web-based) and social media

formats

• Experience managing content production for high traffic websites

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe CQ5 and Scene 7

• Experience with content management systems

• An understanding of enterprise marketing technologies

• Attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible

• Excellent project management skills including the ability to organize and prioritize work

across a team of contributors

• Ability to establish and nurture relationships with subject matter experts

• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on writing, web content and social media

development.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• Proven flexibility and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced office

environment.

• Experience in web design and navigation a plus
