Our client is a leading technology giant and they've asked for our help identifying candidates for a WEB/INTRANET PROGRAM MANAGER. It's an exciting opportunity to put your fingerprints all over the overhaul of their existing site. The revamping of the intranet is a key initiative and the leadership team is dedicated to its success. This is a high profile position and perfect for someone experienced in managing enterprise wide redesigns. You'll have the unique opportunity to create roadmaps and best practices.

We are looking to hire an Intranet program manager during an exciting time of digital transformation. This role is based in the Global Marketing organization and will be reporting to head of customer experience.

You’ll take the lead on management of current redesign effort, and define next phases of Intranet program. You’ll be working closely with Internal Communications in aligning their content strategy and work closely with project manager, designer, and wider internal stakeholders to deliver a best in class experience.

You’ll be a point of contact and source of knowledge for the Intranet and be the primary owner of the Intranet channel roadmap. This will include a tight collaboration with senior executives across Internal communication, Global Marketing and various employee groups (personae) to ensure we are operationalizing the vision.

You’ll advise and input on functionality, look and feel, and overall user experience. You’ll identify applications, tools and features that are focused on driving traffic to the site, raising awareness and ensuring the Intranet continues to be a integral part of the organization.

On a daily basis you will work closely with a diverse team(s) to ensure Intranet meets employee & organizational needs, while reflecting our Brand tenants.

One of the key aspects of the role is to ensure proper communication of ongoing initiatives and reporting on overall progress of the project/phase.

What we're looking for:

• Experience with Enterprise scale Intranet technologies and deployments (Sharepoint, jive, Communifire, etc)
• Strong working experience with Intranet program management
• Directing and motivating of project members; coaching skills required.
• Strong leadership skills: excels at drive for results, leverage capabilities, inspire commitment.
• Being used to working with wide range of stakeholders you are credible and able to influence at a senior level.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting with end customers, gathering feedback and synthesizing them into roadmap.
• Solid understanding and experience with agile/scrum based development.
• Knowledge of project management methods, costs estimation techniques, etc.
• A good understanding of usability and functionality are key and you will be able to bring solid knowledge of digital best practices
