One of Aquent’s clients, a Fortune 500 Company located in Silicon Valley is seeking an onsite WebEx guru to help out on a project bases. This position will be responsible for the broadcasting and recording of “live” meetings to worldwide audiences. They will manage the graphics, video and audio technical requirements of the broadcast within the WebEx interface and will be responsible for the editing and uploading of the file for on-demand viewing of the event. The ideal candidate MUST have extensive knowledge of WebEx and excellent customer relation skills, as they will be collaborating with senior-level executives, event producers and administrative assistants.

JOB DUTIES:
• Setting up PC computers that will broadcast and record live WebEx events.
• Setting up audio components which “feed” the audio signal from the PA system to the WebEx broadcast via computers.
• Capturing and editing the recorded file and posting the file to WebEx servers for on-demand viewing.
• Creating the URL that links to the on-demand video file for playback.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• The WebEx platform: Hosting interface, recording and editing applications
• Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must
• Strong customer relations skills
• Advanced knowledge of PCs (Windows XP, Windows 7, Macs)
• Knowledge of professional HD video cameras (experience using Camtasia is preferred)
• Understand how to optimize the quality of the broadcast audio signal
• Strong knowledge of PCs and PC audio configurations
• Understand how to edit PowerPoint slides
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
