Web Technology Marketing Manager

We are looking for a rockstar Web Technology Marketing Manager in the Northwest suburbs! Must be detail-orientated, a true team-player, and a strong leader that is not afraid to share new ideas. Salesforce and atleast 2 years of Eloqua experience required. This individual should be an Eloqua master and comfortable with helping train others in Eloqua.

Purpose/Objectives:
This position is responsible for working with the senior management team to translate business goals into actionable and measurable advisor recruiting marketing plans utilizing technology and marketing skill sets. This position reports into the Head of Advisor Marketing. Key objectives include:

Planning
• Assist Head of Advisor marketing in defining technology-driven marketing strategy and managing the execution of marketing technologies for overall marketing recruiting efforts.
• Coordinate with all groups across marketing (PR, branding/advertising, communications and wealth management) to ensure effective execution of integrated technology plans, and the adherence to messaging, copy, packaging, timeframes, etc.
• Help identify ways to measure success and return on marketing technology investment
• Gather data to manage the tracking and reporting of all recruiting leads and overall marketing communications activities.

Recruiting Support/Acquisition
• Participate in developing and managing the technology-driven marketing related advisor recruiting/acquisition initiatives for all four broker-dealers through the execution of marketing automation initiatives and technologies including Eloqua and Salesforce.com.
• Develop, execute and monitor strategic lead generation and lead nurture campaigns.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in using marketing automation for sophisticated lead management, sales insight, and pipeline analytics; provide guidance across all campaigns and marketing efforts.
• Work with cold-callers and recruiting teams to track and manage lead flow through CRM and increase conversion rates at each stage of lead life cycle.
• Support the marketing team with campaigns, templates and sales enablement tools.
• Create and develop reporting and analytics that measure campaign effectiveness, Media Advertising impact and Marketing ROI; define and track key metrics, develop dashboards, deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed.
• Drive testing and optimization into all aspects of marketing activities to increase ROI.

Skill Requirements
• Strong analytical and assessment qualities and ability to work with different teams.
• Strong execution skills, attention to detail, critical thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to self-direct and manage time and priorities.
• Ability to multi-task with a “can do” attitude.
• Ability to work independently and be a team player.
• Experience working with Eloqua and Salesforce.com
• Email Service Experience and proficiency in using CRM.
• 5 + years marketing, campaign management or lead generation experience.
• A proven track record of success managing and successfully executing marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of Financial Services industry.
• PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
