Web Support Analyst

We are looking for a Web Support Analyst for our Fortune 500 client in the northern suburbs (Metra accessible) for a 2-month contract position with possibility to go perm. This supporting role assists with the creation of the ideal customer experience for our customers by working with web team members to collect and analyze customer feedback, investigate online/digital friction points, leverages latest technology to resolve customer issues.

Main Duties Include:
- Be the voice of the Customer date collection and site performance tasks.
- Research and resolves digital assets friction points
- Utilizes investigative skills and latest technology to analyze and drive out a superior customer digital experience.
- Work directly with internal technology support and other business units to drive resolution.
- Utilize Site Catalyst and Tealeaf software to provide statistics for communication to team members and business partners.

Must-haves:
- Experience with Excel, word, PowerPoint, Visio, Site Catalyst preferred.
- 2-4 years of technical experience, aptitude or high interest level to increase knowledge base of digital assets (online, mobile, tablet).
- Experience with Online Replay Software, Tealeaf and working knowledge of Customer Feedback Tools (e.g. Opinion Lab) preferred
- A technical aptitude and inquisitive nature or existing knowledge base to work within our digital asset working environment (online, mobile and tablet technology) - Experience working in a fast-paced and growing department.
- Experience working on teams, and working in a role that requires great investigative skills.
