Web Redesign Program Manager

Our Client, A fortune 500 software company is looking for a Web Redesign – Program Manager!

The web redesign Program Manager will be responsible for tracking content deliverables for the redesign of our clients website. The PM will manage and update a migration content matrix that tracks status and progress against schedule for web copy and associated web pages. The project manager will work with a distributed team of corporate marketing, business unit and horizontal content creators to ensure timely completion of assets for the web redesign. The PM will monitor progress and escalate as needed.

Key duties/responsibilities:

• Track progress of web assets, ensuring that schedules are met and milestones achieved
• Serve as liaison between web redesign team and distributed content creation team
• Escalate to corporate marketing and BU/horizontal management as required
• Enforce adherence to workflow processes and required checkpoints
• Regularly communicate project status information to all team members
• Drive weekly operations meetings
• Keep management informed of conflicts, delays or any other unusual situations
• Schedule and attend key planning meetings as required to keep project on track

Hard skills:
• 5-7 years experience working in a web/marketing environment in a similar role
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience with both online/web, print and video
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Familiarity in working with marketing automation systems

Soft skills:
• Expert hyper-tasker, with strong attention to detail
• Eager, motivated and excited to drive high-profile projects to successful completion
• Excellent communication skills, email proficiency and verbal command
• Able to drive to decisions using diplomacy

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field
