Web Project Manager

The Web Project Manager will play a hands-on role in leading web marketing projects and coordinating with various marketing, information technology, and brand leadership teams. A full-time, onsite, contract-to-hire position, the Web Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, tracking, reporting and management of various web projects from initial concept and strategy through launch. The Web Project Manager will supervise a web designer, web content specialist and freelance talent to make certain that web solutions are deployed on time, with quality, and meet website and/or project objectives. The Web Project Manager will also manage content updates to all company/partners websites through the utilization of the web content specialist.

Job Duties/Responsibilities also include: - Manage multiple small to large-scale web projects with varying deadlines; monitor day-to-day activities of each project; responsible to coordinate and complete projects per plan. - Develop and manage content strategy, content evaluation, site enhancements to support leads and departmental goals of company affiliates. - Develop and execute test strategy to drive engagement with target audience to result in increased leads and conversions for all affiliates. - Implement required set up and tracking of online events and interactive campaigns inclusive of landing pages and integration with CRM system. - Work as primary contact with Information Technology department to improve CMS, front-end design parameters and webpage templates to further engage target audiences. - Serve as primary interface as member of marketing department to internal customers to address their needs as it relates to their web properties. - Organize and coordinate across multiple functions within the company. - Work with direct reports to define project work plans, associated tasks, dependencies, resources and baseline schedules. - Manage internal and external resources; ensure direct reports understand deliverables and have an understanding of goals and objectives of each project. - Lead weekly project meetings for status, issues, change control; ensure deadlines are communicated and met. - Document work plans; track progress to schedule and plans; report on key project milestones, project state and team progress weekly and ensure reports reflect status accurately; - Ensure consistent and professional communication with and between team leaders, team members, management and other project managers. - Encourage team cohesion and teamwork; identify issues that could impact team morale - Identify pain points and process improvement areas within current projects and for future projects
