Web Project Manager

30-45 day contract with Fortune 500 Social Media company in San Francisco!

Primary responsibilities:

 Shepherd projects from initial kick-off to final delivery and be an advocate to ensure that exceptional creative is founded on industry best practices, with the objective to achieve the business goals
 Contribute to producing exceptional design for digital print, display, and interactive deliverables; assure that it is founded on industry best practices, with the objective to achieve the highest level of development
 Manage the day-to-day creative deliverables and process along with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations.
 Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, Senior Art Director, and Senior Writer to ensure that messaging is on-brand, strategic, and consistent.
 Develop standards and support process best practices across the creative development lifecycle, including brief trafficking, reviews and approvals, and asset archiving.
 Be an important part of the design development for the brand and ensure this identity is implemented appropriately across all mediums and channels.
 Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Experience and qualifications:
 A minimum of 5 years of hands-on production support experience in e-commerce and performance marketing, with proven success in online digital and emerging technologies
 Candidates should have strong project management experience with a focus in digital assets.
 Advanced/Expert working knowledge of Jira project management tool
 Exceptional advertising and marketing development skills demonstrated thru multiple creative content development management scenarios
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other presentation software; including Keynote, Google Docs, etc.; working understanding of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
 Inspirational, thoughtful, and collaborative tone, manner, and approach
 Demonstrated experience in creative development processes and handling of multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and business priorities
 Self-motivated, proactive, highly responsive, and flexible with a high attention to detail and professionalism when handling a diverse, fast-paced environment
 Critical thinker with the ability to understand and synthesize pertinent detail in a data-driven culture
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate campaign goals and objectives

Preferred Skills:
 Must be comfortable speaking to Executive level leadership on strategy and iterate confidently on feedback.
 Demonstrated expertise in communicating to creative, tech, and business target audiences is a plus
