Web Project Manager

Our client, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, is seeking project manager support in migrating and implementing product information for healthcare professionals onto a new platform.  This role supports ex-US (global) stakeholders in the migration of their current content as well as new capabilities and content to the new platform.  The project manager will work part-time on site at the client's offices in North Wales, PA and part-time remote.

The project manager is a member of the Country Launch and Planning project team and is responsible for brand migration planning, including creating benchmark estimates and timelines, updating the brand wave plan, facilitating content preparation and capability development management. The project manager will work closely with the content and capability leads as well as the creative team to ensure projects stay on track through all phases of Implementation, Hypercare, and Post-Launch.

Throughout the design and build phases, the project manager schedules and attends team meetings to review and present content and capability prep materials, mock-ups, etc. to ensure the content and capability leads have the input needed to meet the delivery of tasks assigned.  The project manager conducts weekly status meetings so that everyone has what they need to keep projects moving from implementation through to QA and launch of the new content/capability, including alignment with the market on legal requirements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate has experience working in a traffic and project management role in the pharmaceutical industry.  Experience managing content and capability heavy projects is a plus.  Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and know how to keep things on track and moving when working with multiple stakeholders and personalities.  The ability to lead without an authoritative role is beneficial to maintain deadlines and manage expectations.​
