Web Project Manager - for part-time contract role!

Web Project Manager needed to manage two large website projects! This contract has a duration of approximately one year, and is part-time (10-20 hours per week). Work will primarily be done onsite (near Mission Valley in San Diego).

Duties of the Web Project Manager:
Meetings -
Creates agenda for all meetings and facilitates meeting to keep everyone on time/track based on agenda.
Takes notes at meetings and stores them in Confluence for project documentation.
Keeps track of action items brought up in meetings for follow up afterwards.
Calendars all appointments and coordinates meeting locations and attendees.
Coordinates room reservations, supplies, attendees, and follow-up steps for interactive exercises during project.

Task Management -
Runs daily Scrum sessions (15 minutes) in which the team discusses accomplishments, to-do's, status, and resources needed.
Uses Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, Portfolio, and Service Desk) tools.
Creates and manages project timeline and resources effectively and proactively.
Meets with all team members and plans out project tasks, including corresponding JIRA tickets, for the entire course of project.
Sets up Confluence project section and ensures project-related files and content are stored within the section by all team
members.
Proactively follows up daily on tasks, ensures completed tasks are closed/checked off and current work is accounted for.
Manages Scrum board including current tasks, upcoming tasks, and archiving completed tasks.
Proactively checks in with team members to see if additional resources are needed to complete their given tasks.

Communication -
Administers project space in Confluence to ensure that all notes, to-do's, and decisions are archived and versioned throughout
the course of the project.
Serves as liaison with the academic marketing directors during project.
Serves as liaison with off-campus content strategists, connects marketing and content teams when needed to ensure deliverables are on time and as contracted.
Has solid understanding of project goals, technology, timing, etc. to serve as first line of response, asks for backup from team when needed.
Coordinates efforts with the organization's administrative team to allow for testing and surveying of various stakeholders.
Takes notes at usability tests and delivers to team for iterative design tasks and process.
Reads all project-related emails, follows up, and communicates with the appropriate people.
Communicates with Senior Director and Web Manager to shift resources and adjust workloads as needed during the project.

Ability to remember a large amount of information including dates and project details.
Ability to prioritize and help those involved in the project prioritize and juggle assignments and deliverables.
Ability to coordinate efforts between technical and non-technical team members, customers, and peer departments.
Can learn individual working styles to effectively communicate and assign work.
Practices time management.
Ability to resolve conflicts in a diplomatic way.
Self-starter who takes the initiative.
Takes pride in organization of self and others.
Has ability to multitask especially under pressure.
Outgoing and effective communicator.
Attentive to details.
