Web Project Manager - 2 positions!

Role:
Our Fortune 500 software client is seeking a web PM to join their agile team. As a web PM/business analyst your role is to gather customer research, collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to deliver detailed business requirements and author user stories.
They’ve started to deploy Adobe CQ5, with plans to migrate most of their applications and sites over the next 24 months. In this role, you would be an integral team player delivering on these efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze requirements from business stakeholders, provide feedback to business team and discuss technical solutions with development team
- Responsible for the collection/documentation of requirements and opportunities/solutions to enable the business strategies within a defined scope
- Develop business processes/workflows and extend the capabilities of our content management system – Adobe Web Experience Manager
- Provide leadership and expertise in content management to improve user engagement and drive business results
- Work with department and cross-functional teams to launch new products/features or enhancements to existing platforms, systems and infrastructure
- Coordinate with Web strategy team and business owners to ensure that translated web- properties meet the quality of our core English site while propagating a consistent brand message across the globe
- Triage functional and visual defects and coordinate issue resolution between the Web production and Web development team
- Recommend solutions to improve and enhance the user experience of our web properties as well as the experience of our content management system, based on ongoing user feedback, site usage and performance, and competitive analysis
- Prioritize tasks and distribute resources to meet go to market launches and project schedules
- Continuously optimize release processes to ensure quality products are delivered in a timely manner and meet the needs of the corporation, customers, and partners
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, technical design reviews, formal code reviews, defect resolution, and functional walkthroughs.
- Ability to work and thrive in a collaborative team environment following Agile SCRUM.

Qualifications
- Experience working with content management systems
- 2-5 years of project management or site operations experience
- Detail orientation and intrinsic passion toward site success and high quality delivery
- Ability to interpret and in some cases drive online strategy for individual web sites or 
pages
- Excellent communicator, self starter
- Experience working with global web properties a plus
- Solid understanding of web standards, best practices and responsive design
- Time management excellence for multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and business communications
- Strategic thinker
- Logical reasoning, troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills
- Outstanding team player and positive attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively when discussing issues with team 
members and customers
- Proven ability to present/communicate ideas in both written and oral forms to business 
and technology teams
- Working knowledge and understanding of web technologies, Ability to prioritize multiple 
projects and tasks, and reliably meet deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- 3-5 years web development experience 


Requirements (Education, Certification, Training, and Experience) 

- Bachelor’s degree

- Responsive and mobile experience 


Nice to Have 

- Agile – SCRUM experience
