Web Production Specialist, Corporate Marketing

The Corporate Marketing Digital Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the development and delivery of all digital projects including content updates, migrations, and enhancements. You will own relationships with internal stakeholders and partners and will align with front end producers, UX, Metrics, SEO, Editorial and Marketing Content, Creative Services and technical partners in order to ensure the project deliverables are met. Projects vary from complete website migrations and redesign projects to daily content updates.

Specific Position Requirements:

Project Management
• Understand how to translate business goals into a statement of work, requirements and functional / systems specification(s)
• Work with development partner defining requirements and tailoring user stories for development cycles
• Ability to handle multiple active projects at once, adjusting priority levels, processes and approach as necessary to meet client expectations
• Managing client expectations with regard to scope, quality, schedule and budget
• Ability to negotiate project scope to fit pre-determined schedules
• Meet and exceeds customer needs in support of business goals
• Flexible, innovative, and committed to successful completion of assignments
• Work to improve process, create efficiencies and introduce cost and time saving measures where possible
• Make independent decisions within defined areas of responsibility
• Provide a productive and positive working environment
• Ability to lead teams and projects
• Assigns and coordinates the work of web team via Production Queue (SharePoint)
o Gather and confirm materials, information and requirements before assigning tasks
• Develop network of external and internal contacts appropriate to job
• Evaluate operational effectiveness and influences commitment of resources at divisional/departmental level
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams, global teams as well as independently
• Strong understanding of, and experience with, agile, iterative development models and methodologies, as well as traditional waterfall methods
Digital Marketing
• Understands the complexity of digital marketing and effectively interprets business goals, marketing strategies and associated information
• Actively works with client and internal development teams to define functional requirements and align technology with the defined business goals and marketing strategies
• Experienced in implementation of online / digital media promotions including but not limited to: web site, microsite and mobile development, event registration, promotions, social media integration, etc.
• Ability to work with the client teams to define, maintain and secure approval of project assets and assure their timely delivery. These may include the following:
o Project Plans
o Project Requirements
o Creative Assets
o Copy Decks
o Governance Roles : Content, Legal, UX, CMS architecture, Production, Brand Standards, Naming standards, Image Optimizations standards, QA & UAT
o User Acceptance test results

• Intermediate understanding of web based technologies and the ability to explain benefits/limitations to business customers
• Interacts with senior management and senior Marketing Directors/Managers
• Ability to act as a liaison between the Brand/ Agency teams, technical development team and internal stakeholders
• Understands that the language of marketing/brand is not the same as the language used by technical teams

Desired Qualifications & Skills
• A bachelor's degree or other technical discipline. 3-5 years related experience and training and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Graphic Design, UI/UX experience and/or knowledge
• Knowledge of search engine optimization and web analytics
• Demonstrated skills with content management systems
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, ability to lead and integrate web strategies
• Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner
• Accustomed to QA process and extreme attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of the web development project cycle
• Familiar with usability, information architecture, and willingness to keep up with the latest in Internet technologies
