We are seeking a Web Production Designer (SharePoint platform preferred) for one of our San Francisco Bay Area clients. This is a 5-month contract, 40 hours/week, on site. This role will be primarily responsible for planning and coordinating key projects that entail maintaining the Marketing and Communications function's intranet, seeing the site through the migration to SharePoint 2013, and planning and coordinating logistics and content for monthly global calls and ad-hoc training sessions.

Responsibilities
• Plan and coordinate the weekly and large monthly updates of the intranet, including setting deadlines, collecting and preparing content, visualizing the layout of content on the site, and overseeing development and publishing.
• Work closely with the external agency's account management team to ensure on time and on budget delivery each month.
• Work with IT to ensure monthly analytics are reported and executive level presentation is delivered.
• Drive the migration of the intranet to Sharepoint 2013, including setting the schedule, working with the agency to coordinate the timeline, migrating the content, overseeing the development of a new information architecture, and developing a process for weekly and monthly maintenance in the new environment.
• Plan and manage logistics for global-wide calls and adhoc training sessions.

Education/Experience
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• 2+ years Project Management experience required
