One of Aquent's valued Energy clients in the San Francisco area is seeking a dynamic candidate for a Web Production Coordinator for a long-term contract position. The ideal candidate is someone who can think on their feet and looking for an opportunity to grow their career within a Fortune 25 company. Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree and 2-5 years Web Content Management experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs routine web publishing to corporate websites, including updating existing copy, adding new content and imagery and making edits to HTML formatting
• Creates simple graphics, selects imagery and prepares images for the web using Adobe Photoshop
• Maintains website quality by monitoring and fixing anomalies (e.g. broken links, inconsistencies, etc.)
• Improve site search ability by adding and maintaining Meta Tags, Maintains sites to comply with accessibility and coding standards
• Provides data collection, analysis and documentation. Regularly reviews and analyzes web usage statistics and identifies patters in user behaviors
• Contributes ideas to improve the site's user experience as well as site maintenance processes or tools
• Formats and send high profile, large distribution email to employees.
• Serves as back-up production support for other corporate websites

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelors Degree
• 2-5 years Web Content Management experience within a corporate setting
• Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Responsible, Organized, Detail-Oriented, Ability to Multitask

SOFTWARE SKILLS
Required: Microsoft Office, Outlook
Desired: Adobe Photoshop, Understanding of HTML and CSS, Content Management Systems, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Visio, Web Analytics Tools (e.g. Web Trends), Understanding of Website Usability and Structure, Team Foundation Server
