Web Product Manager(NJ)

The Web Product Manager is responsible for guiding a cross-functional team to develop and enhance our client's Wireless’ Home Service portfolio online, from marketing/merchandising thru to the buying experience. The ideal candidate will serve as an internal and external product lead from requirement definition to go-live for exciting products like HomeFusion Broadband, Home Phone Connect, Converged Solutions (TV, Internet, and Home Phone) and other new upcoming products. They will work with modern web technologies and partners to translate customer needs into a great, usable, web product. They will develop solutions for marketing campaigns, product/brand launches, landing pages, social media, mobile, video, and user generated content. The product manager will work collaboratively with internal departments (product marketing, marketing communications, legal, I.T.) and third party resources/vendors to discover and pursue ideas that help increase customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, and customer engagement. This position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication and organization skills, and comfortable operating at a fast pace, detail-oriented, and drives results with a high standard for quality.

Overall Responsibilities
• Manage the assigned and developed initiatives/priorities to grow revenue and profitability
• Leading weekly updates with a cross functional team
• Managing national go-to-market campaigns for integration into the overall web strategy, including promotions, product launches, and pricing changes
• Proactively gather feedback from our customer base and identify areas for improvement
• Overseeing the evolution of website content across the entire suite of Home Service pages
• Optimize the website content for search and SEO
• Own and working/delegating the prioritized work queue of projects and initiatives
• Working with analytics team to optimize site, monitoring web traffic, conversion rates, and click-thru rates, analyzing and presenting metrics to set targets and measure key performance indicators
• Overseeing the testing of web initiatives online prior to launch
• Manage and production issues reported from stakeholders and ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion
• Establish and maintain external working relationships with vendors
