Web Product Coordinator

The Web Product Coordinator works with the manager in liaising with the business and marketing units to assist in requirements gathering and review process, collaborate with IT and QA teams to ensure solutions developed meet the requirements, and develop training materials for Digital teams as needed. The team brings together the client’s core marketing applications, managing the product development, digital execution and analysis for marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Project manage the requirements gathering process including scheduling discussions with stakeholder teams, documenting requirements adhering to the Corporate IT SDLC standards and best practices, and coordinating requirement reviews
• Assist in QA processes including test plan reviews, functionality testing and defect reviews, ensuring the QA team is meeting mile marker deadlines
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for Digital teams as needed
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, coordinating and communicating with IT, marketing and the business to ensure all projects are accurate, on time and complete
• Field incoming requests from Digital teams and determine relevant course of action. Oversee all projects as they move through the pipeline to completion.
• Understand basic project management principles, including the ability to draft and clearly articulate project plans, roles, goals, and timelines.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years digital marketing experience and/or web development experience
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms and requirements documentation
• Interested in the developments in digital marketing and willingness to innovate
• Consultative and collaborative style in partnering with colleagues and internal clients
• Proven ability to work independently, without administrative support, on several projects and tasks at once while adhering to established processes. Solid time management and prioritization skills
• Exceptional analytical skills and technically savvy
• Can-do attitude and results-focused
• Attention to detail, highly organized, with an absolute focus on quality of work
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor Degree required
• Work onsite 40+ hours per week
• This project will be through the end of December 2015, potentially longer.
